We are delighted to announce that for the 2025/26 Season MOB Albion will       have a girls football section at the football club. 

Working alongside Jack Swinson as Head Of Youth Development, we welcome Mike White to The MOB, Mike brings to MOB  experience with a strong background in both the game and leadership,coming through the AFC Bournemouth Academy system, playing until the age of 16, giving a solid grounding in technical football. 

Mike is currently serving in the British Army, and has done so for the past 20 years, with his Military background he has developed leadership skills which will help us collectively move in a positive direction for the coming future, ensuring
all junior #minimobbers get teh football development 

Mike said "Why I coach is simple, I love the game and I’m passionate about helping others develop. For me, it’s not just about winning matches, it’s about creating the right environment for players to grow in confidence, learn the game properly, and become better people on and off the pitch. How I coach is based around structure, energy, and development. I’ve got a strong focus on long-term progress, not just 
short-term results. I am big on making sure players understand the ‘why’ behind what we’re doing, and sessions are always built around respect, hard work, and enjoyment. Having previously coached at Andover New Street Youth U12 and U13 girls’ teams and I’m a big believer in pushing the girls’ game forward, giving players proper structure and opportunities."
